Monday's ETF with Unusual Volume: SPLV

The PowerShares S&P 500 Low Volatility Portfolio ETF (SPLV) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 7.7 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 684,000.  Shares of SPLV were down about 0.4% on the day.
